VITASTRAT ^® has a superior structural capacity and can even be walked on.



Growing medium for soil improvement and loosening 
VITASTRAT ^®  can be used for soil improvement, as a top layer and can be mixed with all common 
substrates.



Regulating soil aeration and gas exchange
When damaged trees suffer from bad or non-existing gas exchange in the rhizosphere
VITASTRAT ^® is an ideal ventilating substrate.
VITASTRAT ^® can both be used around the roots or as a top layer for enhanced aeration.



Regulating water balance
VITASTRAT ^®  retains moisture when the soil is too dry and drains when too wet, a property very important 
for new plantation.
